For those not staying at The Broadmoor, we would suggest the Colorado Springs Marriott or DoubleTree hotels which are both nearby. There are also a number of Airbnb rentals in the area for larger groups.

The Broadmoor offers free valet parking for the events, and Ubers are also readily available in the area.

Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately 90 miles away (90 min drive) from the Colorado Springs area, where the festivities and recommended accommodations are located.

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is approximately 9 miles away (15 min drive) from the Colorado Springs area, where the festivities and recommended accommodations are located.

We recommend checking for flights into both airports. Denver International Airport is a much larger airport and will have more frequent direct flight options, however Southwest, Delta, American Airlines, and other major airlines have direct service to Colorado Springs from many cities.
